DESCRIPTION:The Lions Clubs of Warner and Samford are holding a caregivers event 31 August 2022 in Brisbane\, Queensland. \n  \nAbout Riding the Roller Coaster of Caregiving\nA joint project of the Lions Clubs of Warner and Samford. \nThis free community event is designed to provide education\, support and empowerment for those in a caregiving role in our community. \nCaregivers can be an invaluable resource for individuals dealing with serious mental illnesses. By learning more about the illness it will be easier to provide the right kind of support and assistance. \nAs a carer\, it’s important to ensure your own physical\, social and emotional needs are met so you can cope better in times of extreme stress.
