National Council of Women of Queensland members and guests celebrated International Women’s Day with the United Services Club Queensland earlier this month.

An insightful panel discussion featured award-winning financial advisor Helen Baker; founder of the Forgotten Women project Teresa Reed, and NCWA President Chiou See Anderson. The discussion was facilitated by Cheryl Gray and coincided with the release of the Australia Government’s Working for Women: A Strategy for Gender Equality.   The strategy provided timely and relevant content for the discussion topic Count Her In: Invest in Women.
