The Women’s College 2023 Alumnae Awards

Nominations are open for The Women’s College 2023 Alumnae Awards.

The awards honour the outstanding achievements of The Women’s College alumnae, from those who are experienced in their careers to those who are just embarking on their new professions.

The awards were launched in 2020 with the vision to celebrate the diverse accomplishments of The Women’s College alumnae who are making an impact on their communities, and a difference in the world.

The 2022 finalists and winners included an athlete, camel veterinarian, human rights lawyer, curatorial consultant, chief executive officer, assistant news producer and a farmer. These alumnae are sharing their stories and inspiring the next generation of Women’s College students.  There are four award categories:


Young Alumna Award

This award recognises a young alumna (35 years or younger) whose professional or volunteer accomplishments demonstrate a significant impact – locally, nationally or internationally.

 

Community Alumna Award
This award recognises a Women’s College Alumna who has demonstrated outstanding service to the community.

 

Inspirational Alumna Award

This award honours an inspirational alumna who has an extraordinary personal story to tell about their own life. Their story will demonstrate that they have shown outstanding levels of resilience and determination.

 

The Women’s College Alumna Award
This pinnacle Alumna award recipient exemplifies continuous and significant contributions in one or more areas of professional achievement, community leadership and
inspirational leadership achievement. 

 

Finalists and winners will be announced and presented at the Academic Dinner & Alumnae Awards Dinner on Thursday 9 March 2023.
