About the Event
Dear NCWQ,>SIMNI extends a warm invitation to join us as we celebrate our 10th Annual SIMNI IWD Be Inspired Forum and IWD Award presentations.
The venue is the North Lakes Hotel 22 Lakeside Drive at 1pm – 3.30pm
High Tea and Refreshments @$39 – discount for tables of 8.
Our Be Inspired Forum is a Q & A In Conversation Panel of Keynote Speakers including:
- Larissa Waters, Queensland Senator
- Rochelle Courtenay-Gilbert CEO & Founder Share the Dignity
- Jodie Shipway Deputy Major Moreton Bay Regional Council,
- Ali France Disability Advocate, Candidate for Dickson Federal Electorate
They will be sharing their insights and their experiences to enable participants to gain a better understanding of how we can engage in the political processes around decision-making that impact on our lives.
Most importantly we will be focused on #BreakTheBias, The Qld Womens Week theme “Keep Making Noise” and the UN Theme Changing Climates—Equality today for a sustainable tomorrow.
