What a gorgeous evening, a night we spent mingling with our members and friends, and highlighting some important topics. My Health for Life is a free lifestyle modification program delivered online, designed to help eligible participants improve their health and reduce their risk of developing chronic disease. This online program will be exclusive to NCWQ members and affiliate organisations. Commencing Feb 2022 (1 hr weekly for a total of 10 sessions OR 2 hrs fortnightly for a total of 5 sessions).
EVENT RECAP: On 25 November 2021, NCWQ hosted our final Empowerment session for the year, inviting back three of our past presenters to wrap up our series. Caroline Snow, NCWQ’s vice president, hosted a panel discussion on how women can gain an understanding and start (or continue) their journey to financial independence. In this session, we discussed what financial independence looks like, and how to start those conversations. Since this was our last event for the year, we would like to thank our members and friends who have come along and made this a great year for NCWQ.
